Start-up Know-how

Rosalind was a key figure in the start-up of The Walt Disney Family Museum. As the founding Director of Human Resources, Rosalind's responsibilities encompassed all areas of Human Resources, as well as risk management and business continuity planning and implementation. During her tenure, she grew the organization from 7 to 70 people in 4 months. Prior to working at the Museum, she was the Director of Human Resources at Nollenberger Capital Partners, LLC, where she developed and oversaw the Human Resources, facilities and business organization functions, allowing her to be an integral part of the growth of the company.

Rosalind believes that successful employment relationships drive integrated and successful work environments. By listening to the needs of the business while giving voice to the employees, she has developed collaborative work settings of up to 300 employees. Her style of direct, respectful and honest communication allows her to gain insights and provide solutions for even the most difficult problems.

Rosalind has presented at national, local and regional conferences on topics ranging from customer service to effective communication to tying performance evaluations to a company's mission. Rosalind graduated with a Psychology degree and her Master's in Public and Educational management from The State University of New York at Stony Brook. She has earned the highly respected credential of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), is an active member in Northern California Human Resources Association (NCHRA) and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM)
